Vendor Application and Waiver

This is our sixteenth year of the Festival!  Our reputation continues to draw crowds from the entire Midwest and beyond.  Thanks to the hard work of people like you, Merchant Walk is one of our most popular features.  To ensure the success and satisfaction of all, we restrict our vendor sites to a manageable few so prompt reply is encouraged.  In addition, we jury our vendors in an effort to maintain high standards and offer variety, so a detailed accounting of your merchandise is required if new to our festival.  Photographs, slides and website references are greatly appreciated.

Click here to download a registration form to be returned with full payment by June 02, 2012.  Applications received after this date may not be accepted.  If your business is to be included in the festival, you will be notified by letter of acceptance.  This letter will also include your instructions for free vendor parking.  Please be advised that we cannot guarantee your placement in a specific site, but will try to honor requests if possible.  Vendors not chosen for participation will receive a full refund. Please note that as in the past, electricity is extremely limited. You MUST indicate on your application that you need electricity. Since it is limited, the first vendors to ask for electricity will be the ones to receive it. Please only ask for the electricity if you absolutely need it.

This will be our fifth year of Friday night activities on the festival grounds.  If you would like to be set up by 5:00 Friday there may be additional sales opportunities depending on the size of the Friday night crowd.  Last year, many of the vendors that did participate in Friday night activities and opened for business did better sales on Friday as they did on Saturday.

Also, please note that all merchants vehicles will need to be unloaded and removed from the field by 8:00 a.m. sharp Saturday morning – no exceptions. Remember only 2 free admissions wristbands per vendor space. Any extra admission wristbands will need to be purchased.
